About the role
As an Application Engineer, you will drive the technical development of customer application projects, from concept to series production, with responsibility for functionality and product quality.
You will work closely with customers to translate their requirements into technical solutions, balancing performance, cost, quality, and manufacturability. You will collaborate across functions with Production, Project Management, and global specialist teams.
The role also includes product improvements for components already in series production, with a focus on quality and cost.
Based in Mjällby, Sweden, you will be part of the R&D organization and report to the Application Engineering Director.
